Using Webmail

Webmail has two main advantages :-

1. You can use it in internet cafes when you are away from home, and the emails are not lost - you can download them when you get home
2. Webmail can never transmit a virus. Most viruses can only spread through Outlook (and through attachments).

1. Login to the Control Panel

2. Click "Read your Email" in the Mail Management section

3. You get the screen above -click on Neomail or Horde (they are both webmail programs and both satisfactory) - you may prefer the appearance of one of them.

4. Or, you can access your webmail from the from at the bottom right of the control panel (this is on the left). Enter your username and password.

(5. The default account is used for server and admin communications to you)

6. In this case, I am logging in to Horde - enter username and password
