Using FTP Explorer- this is a free file transfer program available from my Download section It is typical of many other ftp utilities |

1. When you start FTP explorer, you get the screen shown on the right (Some sites are pre-loaded)
2. Enter all your details :- the host address is :-ftp.yoursitename.com The login and password are the same as for your control panel Click ADD to set up your site in FTP
3. Click CONNECT (the button at the top) to access your site |

| 4. When you are online to your site, you will see the folder and file structure |  |

5. To upload from your computer to the site, click the blue 'UP' arrow, and find the files that you want in the file system. Click on Open to upload a file. |

| The FTP management system in the Control Panel can be used to administer your site if several different people have ftp access to it. |  |
